Southampton Sands meets once a month - always on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. Everyone is welcome - whether newly bereaved, pregnant again, our parents,
friends and long ago bereaved. The meetings are low-key, relaxed, informal and friendly - the aim is to create a safe and secure atmosphere for people to
talk.
Southampton Sands is run by a group of volunteers. None of us are trained counsellors - we are all bereaved parents trying to offer help, support and
information to other bereaved parents. If you would like to help or if you have any feedback/ideas, please contact us at southampton.sands@ntlworld.com.
